Beef chop suey


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef undercut slices
  • 1 Chicken cube
  • 2 Carrot slices
  • 2 Onion finely chopped
  • Cabbage chopped half
  • 150 grams Green beans chopped
  • 3-4 Spring onions
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ginger and garlic crushed
  • 3-4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped ginger and garlic , till they give off their aroma. Add 2 finely chopped onions and fry them for 1-2 minutes. 
  2. Add ½ kg of undercut beef slices and fry on a high flame till the color starts changing. Then add half of cabbage slices, 150 grams of green beans, 1 carrot and 3-4 spring onions and cook it on high flame for 5-7 minutes. 
  3. Add 1 chicken cube, 1 tsp of black pepper crushed, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and water as required and mix well .Cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Now mix 2 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in water and pour slowly into the gravy until it thickens.Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
