Tandoori chicken masala

                                        

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ kg Chicken (whole)
  • 4 Lemon
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup White vinegar
  • Food color pinch
  • 1 tsp Red chilli crushed
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Tandoori chicken masala
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Wash chicken, and then pour ½ cup of vinegar and pinch of food color. Now take 1 cup of yogurt with 1 tsp of crushed red chili, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of tandoori chicken masala and salt to mix and marinate chicken in it. 
  2. Now put 4 lemons juice and give steam and cover the lid. When chicken water dries, deep fry it on low flame. When it turns golden brown, put it on oven and bake it for 10 minutes. 
  3. Tandoori chicken is ready.
