Steam fish with yogurt dil sauce


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Fish (boneless) (in 1 piece)
  • 2 Lemon (slice)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh origin leaves
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste
  • ½ tsp White chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Sauce ingredient
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp soya (dill)
  • ½ tsp All spice crushed
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. To ready steam fish cut the base of ½ kg fish and marinate it in a mixing bowl with 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of fresh origin leaves, ½ tsp of white chili powder, 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of green chili paste, 2 tbsp of olive oil and salt to taste. 
  2. Now put the marinated pieces of fish into the steamer and put slices of 2 lemons from the top and steam it for 20 minutes. Steam fish is ready. 
  3. To make sauce blend 1 cup yogurt in a mixing bowl and add chopped sawa. Then add ½ tsp of all spice crushed and salt to taste and mix well, sauce is ready. 
  4. Now dish out the pieces of steam fish in a serving dish and serve it with the sauce.
