Chicken on toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mince chicken
- 8-10 Bread slices
- 4-5 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic chopped
- 1 Eggs
- 2-3 Salad leaves
- 1-2 Tomatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt as required
Method
- In a food processor chop together the mince chicken, green chilies, black pepper, ginger garlic, eggs and salt until a smooth paste is formed.
- Spread onto each slice of bread and cut into medium sized pieces.Deep fry until golden brown and crisp. Serve the toast with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
