Baked prawn toast


Ingredients 
  • 500 grams Jumbo prawns
  • 1 Egg white
  • 10 to 12 Brown bread slice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  1. Cut prawns from the centre and wash it. In a mixing bowl mix egg white, 2 tbsp of corn flour, salt to taste, 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of black pepper crushed and marinade prawns. 
  2. Now paste prawns on bread slices. Grease the microwave plate with olive and heat bread slices on convection system at 200 c for 15 minutes. Bake prawn toast are ready.
