Baked prawn toast
Ingredients
- 500 grams Jumbo prawns
- 1 Egg white
- 10 to 12 Brown bread slice
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut prawns from the centre and wash it. In a mixing bowl mix egg white, 2 tbsp of corn flour, salt to taste, 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of black pepper crushed and marinade prawns.
- Now paste prawns on bread slices. Grease the microwave plate with olive and heat bread slices on convection system at 200 c for 15 minutes. Bake prawn toast are ready.
