Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 100 grams apple
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp caster sugar
Method
- In a bowl, add a cup of plain flour, a cup of icing sugar, 100 grams butter, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder and ¼ tsp vanilla essence and beat well with an electric mixer.
- Pour this mixture in a baking pan with 100 grams peeled and finely sliced apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 c for 12 to 15 minutes. Apple cake is ready to serve.
