Weight Loss Herbal Tea
GREEN TEA:

Green tea is very beneficial to health. It helps to clean the system of the body. Its thermogenic properties help to burn the calories of the body efficiently and results in weight loss. It helps to be fit and contributes towards weight loss if taken three to five times a day. It helps to reduce cholesterol and control blood pressure and blood sugar. It contains a high amount of antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS:

» 1 tsp green tea
» 1 glass of water
» 1/2 inch cinnamon bark
» 1/2 inch ginger slice
» 1 lemon slice
METHOD:

1. Pour some distilled water into a ceramic pot and place it over low heat.
2. Do not boil the water. Wait until the water starts steaming and you can see very small bubbles emitting from it. Do not allow the water to boil. Turn off the heat the moment water starts steaming (before boiling).
3. Now pour the steaming water over the tea, lemon , ginger and cinnamon in the teacup or mug (whichever you use).
4. Leave the tea to steep for about 2-3 minutes. Remember not to leave it for more than five minutes. It will make it bitter. Steeping in boiling water will also make it bitter.
» Weight loss tea is ready to be served.
