Tabbouleh

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 1 Chopped onions
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3-4 tbsp Parsley/coriander
  • 3-4 tbsp Chopped mint
  • 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 4-5 Salad leaves
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt as required
Directions
  1. Boil the wheat and sieve. In a mixing bowl add the wheat, chopped spring onions ,chopped tomatoes black pepper lemon juice, chopped parsley chopped mint, chopped garlic, salad leaves, olive and salt .Mix well. The tabbouleh is ready to serve.
