- 1 kg Chicken wings
- 5-6 Whole red chilies
- 3-4 Dried red chilies
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 2-3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Whole cumin
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 piece Ginger
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 bunch Coriander
- 5-6 Green chilies
- Oil for frying
- Salt as required
- Salad leaves for garnishing
- Tomatoes for garnishing
Directions
- Wash the chicken wings and keep them aside .In a blender blend together the whole red chilies, red chilies, all purpose flour, eggs, whole cumin, carom seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander and salt .
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Marinate the chicken wings for 1 ½ hours with half of the mixture.
- In the remaining mixture add another egg and all purpose flour. Dip the chicken wings into the batter and deep for on a medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
- Serve with salad leaves and tomato slices.
