Lahori Fish


Ingredients
  • 1 kg Fish
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
  • 4 to 6 Lemons
  • 1 tsp White cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala pwd
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups Boiled rice water
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • Oil as required
Directions
  1. Marinate fish pieces with one table spoon white vinegar. After 10 minutes, wash well with cold water. In a bowl, add gram flour, red chili flakes, garam Masala powder, white cumin seeds, salt, and rice flour and mix well.
  2. Add turmeric powder and 3 lemon’s juice to boiled rice water and cut the remaining lemons into two halves.
  3. Now dip each fish piece into boiled rice water and apply gram flour mixture on it with the help of lemons. Keep them aside for half hour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all fish pieces on low flame until golden brown. Serve hot.
