Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 cup chick peas
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp salt
- Ground sweet paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- Olive oil ¼ cup
- Tahini 3 tbsp
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until thick paste. Serve with olive oil drizzled on top with some fresh olives and pita bread.
