Falafil


Ingredients
  • 200 gm white chickpeas
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • ½ liter oil for frying
  • ½ tsp soda
  • Salt n black pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Soak 200 grams white chickpeas overnight. Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, 3 cloves of garlic, ½ tsp white soda, ½ bunch fresh coriander and salt n black pepper to taste to a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients together. In a wok, heat ½ liter oil. Add small balls of chickpeas mixture to the oil and fry until golden brown. Falafils are ready to serve.
