- 200 gm white chickpeas
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ bunch fresh coriander
- ½ liter oil for frying
- ½ tsp soda
- Salt n black pepper to taste
Directions
- Soak 200 grams white chickpeas overnight. Add chickpeas, ¼ cup water, 3 cloves of garlic, ½ tsp white soda, ½ bunch fresh coriander and salt n black pepper to taste to a blender.
- Blend all ingredients together. In a wok, heat ½ liter oil. Add small balls of chickpeas mixture to the oil and fry until golden brown. Falafils are ready to serve.
