- 4-6 skin-on filleted (boneless) chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Ingredients For Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 1 tsp corn starch
Directions
- Pour all of the ingredients of the teriyaki sauce into a saucepan and mix well. Turn the heat on low.
- Simmer the mixture while turns into half and add corn starch to make a thick sauce stirring for a few minutes.
- On other side marinate the chicken for 15 minutes and keep in the refrigerator. Heat the grill, and grill the chicken on medium heat until the chicken is brown.
- Put the grilled chicken in the sauce pan and continue to cook until the chicken has glazed and covered the chicken.
- Slice the chicken and serve teriyaki chicken with garlic rice or salad leaves and garnish with green onion.
