Chicken Teriyaki


Ingredients
  • 4-6 skin-on filleted (boneless) chicken thighs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
Ingredients For Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • 1 tsp corn starch
Directions
  1. Pour all of the ingredients of the teriyaki sauce into a saucepan and mix well. Turn the heat on low.
  2. Simmer the mixture while turns into half and add corn starch to make a thick sauce stirring for a few minutes.
  3. On other side marinate the chicken for 15 minutes and keep in the refrigerator. Heat the grill, and grill the chicken on medium heat until the chicken is brown.
  4. Put the grilled chicken in the sauce pan and continue to cook until the chicken has glazed and covered the chicken.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve teriyaki chicken with garlic rice or salad leaves and garnish with green onion.
