- 2 boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- ½ Tsp mustard powder
- ½ Tsp sugar powder
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 Tsp salt
- 6Tbsp flour (Maida)
- 1 Tbsp cornflour
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 6 Tbsp milk

- ½ cup flour (Maida)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Place the chicken piece on a cutting board and pound it with the smooth side of the meat hammer to a uniform thickness of about quarter of an inch. Cut it into 24 to 25 even sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with: oyster sauce ,salt, black pepper and mustard . Let it marinate for 1/2 hour and set it aside. .
- Now dip the chicken piece into the prepared batter and then coat it completely by turning it on both sides in the flour + bread crumbs mixture.
- After you are done with all of the chicken pieces dip a second time into the batter mixture and followed by the bread crumbs plus flour mix and then deep fry until cooked. Garam Garam Mazaydar chicken popcorn enjoy karain.
