- 500 gm Chicken with bones
- 4 Chopped tomatoes
- 3-4 Chopped green chilies
- 3-4 Whole green chilies
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt as required
Directions
- In a microwave proof bowl add the chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, water, ghee and salt.
- Mix well then add the chicken. Stir and heat in a microwave at 100 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove add the whole green chilies and stir. Put the dish back into the microwave and heat at 100 degrees for 5minutes.
- Garnish with sliced ginger and serve
