Chicken karhai masala


Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken with bones
  • 4 Chopped tomatoes
  • 3-4 Chopped green chilies
  • 3-4 Whole green chilies
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Crushed coriander
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt as required
Directions
  1. In a microwave proof bowl add the chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, water, ghee and salt.
  2. Mix well then add the chicken. Stir and heat in a microwave at 100 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove add the whole green chilies and stir. Put the dish back into the microwave and heat at 100 degrees for 5minutes.
  4. Garnish with sliced ginger and serve
