- 150 gm All purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 120 gm Butter
- 100 gm Icing sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Dry fruits
Directions
- Take a microwave proof bowl; add icing sugar, eggs, 100g butter. Beat well until the mixture turns smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, dry fruits, plain flour and baking powder. Add milk and mix the entire contents until a thick batter is formed.
- Sprinkle the remaining dry fruits on top and heat at 100% for 8 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool, cut into squares and serve.
