Brownies


Ingredients
  • 150 gm All purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 120 gm Butter
  • 100 gm Icing sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Dry fruits
Directions
  1. Take a microwave proof bowl; add icing sugar, eggs, 100g butter. Beat well until the mixture turns smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, dry fruits, plain flour and baking powder. Add milk and mix the entire contents until a thick batter is formed.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining dry fruits on top and heat at 100% for 8 minutes.
  4. Allow the brownies to cool, cut into squares and serve.
