- 1/2kg Minced chicken
- 3 Lemon
- 1 bunch Crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Onion seeds
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp White cumin powder
- 1 tsp Crushed ginger
- 1 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Oil as required
- Salt as required
Method
- Heat some oil in a pan add the minced chicken along with the ginger vinegar, salt. Heat on a medium flame until the mixture dries. Turn the flame off and after cooling chop in a food processor.
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, add the chicken along with the onion seeds, black pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, crushed ginger .Fry for 5-10 minutes and squeeze the juice of a lemon on top.
- Roll a ball of dough with a rolling pin and fill it with the prepared mixture leaving the sides. Brush the edges with a paste of all purpose flour. Roll another ball of dough and cover it with the first one.
- Heat a flat skillet and toast the paratha from both the sides. With a spoon spread some ghee and fry.
