Achari chicken keema paratha


Ingredients
  • 1/2kg Minced chicken
  • 3 Lemon
  • 1 bunch Crushed coriander
  • 1 tsp Onion seeds
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp White cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed ginger
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required
Method
  1. Heat some oil in a pan add the minced chicken along with the ginger vinegar, salt. Heat on a medium flame until the mixture dries. Turn the flame off and after cooling chop in a food processor.
  2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, add the chicken along with the onion seeds, black pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, crushed ginger .Fry for 5-10 minutes and squeeze the juice of a lemon on top.
  3. Roll a ball of dough with a rolling pin and fill it with the prepared mixture leaving the sides. Brush the edges with a paste of all purpose flour. Roll another ball of dough and cover it with the first one.
  4. Heat a flat skillet and toast the paratha from both the sides. With a spoon spread some ghee and fry.
