Fish Steaks

Ingredients
  • 300 gm Fish fillet
  • 2 to3 Curry leaves chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Basil leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Rose marry
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 4 pieces Sundried tomato
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Green olives
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • Salt as required
  • Grilled tomato for garnish
Directions
  1. Take olive oil, green olives, basil leaves, curry leaves, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic and sundried tomato and mix it well and marinate Fish in it.
  2. Now take another bowl Add Salt, Lemon Juice, Black pepper mix together and add on to fish properly.
  3. Rape fish into plastic bag and leave it for ½ hour for freeze. Then take out from freeze and leave it few minutes outside.
  4. Heat grill pan and put fish and cook both side till its ready. Now add remaining marination and cook it till it’s thick and ready.
  5. Serve in hot sizzling serving platter and pour hot sauce on top.
