- 300 gm Fish fillet
- 2 to3 Curry leaves chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Basil leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Rose marry
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 4 pieces Sundried tomato
- 1 to 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ cup Green olives
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- Salt as required
- Grilled tomato for garnish
Directions
- Take olive oil, green olives, basil leaves, curry leaves, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic and sundried tomato and mix it well and marinate Fish in it.
- Now take another bowl Add Salt, Lemon Juice, Black pepper mix together and add on to fish properly.
- Rape fish into plastic bag and leave it for ½ hour for freeze. Then take out from freeze and leave it few minutes outside.
- Heat grill pan and put fish and cook both side till its ready. Now add remaining marination and cook it till it’s thick and ready.
- Serve in hot sizzling serving platter and pour hot sauce on top.
