Home made Spaghetti


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Mince
  • 1 tin Mushroom
  • 3 to 4 Green chili
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 packet Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Dry red chili
  • Red chili flakes as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
Directions
  1. In a frying pan, put the minced meat and cook little.Then add soya sauce, salt, 2 tbsp, black pepper and veggies.
  2. Cook the same, keeping in mind that the veggies remain crisp and are not very soft.
  3. Put 2 tbsp oil in wok then add cooked minced meat with the spaghetti and heat. Mix carefully so that the spaghetti does not break.
  4. Before serving add one tbsp soya sauce and sprinkle some black pepper.Serve when piping hot.
