One bite pastries


Ingredients for sponge
  • 100 gm plain flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 gm caster sugar
  • 100 gm butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients for topping
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 gm icing sugar
Directions
  1. Whisk together butter and caster sugar. The mixture should be creamy. Beat 2 eggs and add to the creamy mixture.
  2. Then also add plain flour and mix. Pre heat oven at 250 F. Grease a non stick pan, spread butter paper on it and add this mixture.
  3. Keep in a pre heated oven for half an hour. Let the mixture to cool and top with flavor and color of your choice.
  4. Beat together cream and icing sugar until mixture is thick. Add flavors and color of your choice to top your pastry as you desire.
