- 100 gm plain flour
- A pinch of salt
- 100 gm caster sugar
- 100 gm butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients for topping
- 200 ml cream
- 100 gm icing sugar
Directions
- Whisk together butter and caster sugar. The mixture should be creamy. Beat 2 eggs and add to the creamy mixture.
- Then also add plain flour and mix. Pre heat oven at 250 F. Grease a non stick pan, spread butter paper on it and add this mixture.
- Keep in a pre heated oven for half an hour. Let the mixture to cool and top with flavor and color of your choice.
- Beat together cream and icing sugar until mixture is thick. Add flavors and color of your choice to top your pastry as you desire.
