- 1 cup Lentils
- 1 kg Rice
- 1 kg Chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 8 Green chili
- 4 Onion
- 6 Lemon
- 1 bunch Mint
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 4 Green cardamom
- 1 tsp Black cumin
- 6 to 7 Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Butter/ghee
- 1 cup Oil
Directions
- Boil lentils in a pan & strain.Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon, mint, green chili & salt in the chicken & cook until it’s become dehydrate.
- Fry sliced onions in the oil.When onion become golden brown take it out from the oil & pour this oil on the chicken
- Boil Rice add mint, cumin, green chili, vinegar & cardamom at the time of rice boiling.Take a huge pan & grease.Put boiled rice layer first than lentils, chicken.
- Spread fried onion.Set another layer like this.On the top spread boiled rice, fried onion, lemon juice & butter & put it on high heat steam
- After 10 minutes decrease the flame.When it’s become on steam take it out from the heat & serve.
