Kofta,



Makhmali koftay

Ingredients
  • 1/2kg Mince meat
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilies crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Red onion
  • 50 gm Roasted chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Popy seeds
  • 3 Green cardamon
  • 1 Black cardamon
  • 2 tsp White cumin
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander
Ingredients for curry
  • 4-5 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Chily powder
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Green chilies
  • Coriander for garnish
  • ½ tsp All spice food
Directions
  1. For koftas grind Red chilies crushed,Salt ,onion,Roasted chickpeas,Popy seeds,Green&Black cardamon,White cumin,Black pepper,cloves,Green coriander all the spices.
  2. In a bowl take meat minced add grinded spices,ginger garlic paste mix well and make koftas.
  3. Shallow fry the koftas and keep aside.
  4. For curry first heat oil.
  5. Add sliced tomatoes and cook them for 5- 10 minutes.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste, then add chily powder and salt.
  7. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Then add the koftas and keep on low flame 5-10 minutes.
  9. Add all spice powder and dish it out.
  10. Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
