- 2 ltr Milk
- 1 cup Rice (boiled)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 250 gm Khoya
- Pistachio & almonds as required
- 3 to 4 tbsp Vanilla custard
Directions
- Take milk in a pan, add boiled rice and sugar, cook well until a paste is formed.
- Now dissolve custard powder in some cold milk and add it into the pan.
- Stir frequently with wooden spoon, until mixture turns thick.
- Now close the flame, when it’s slightly cool add condensed milk, khoya, pistachio and almonds.
- Mix well and serve chill.
