Chocolate Coconut Hearts


Ingredients
  • 150 gm Chocolate
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin powder
  • 4 tbsp Warm water
  • ½ cup Condensed milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
Directions
  1. Dissolve 1 tbsp gelatin powder in 4 tbsp warm water. Add 1 cup desiccated coconut and ½ tsp vanilla essence.
  2. Mix well and add ½ cup condensed milk. Mix continuously. Spread this mixture in tray and cut with hear shape cutter. Put in fridge to firm.
  3. Melt 150 gm chocolate in double boiler. Dip coconut hearts in it and leave to cool.
  4. Garnish with chocolate and Serve.
