- 150 gm Chocolate
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Gelatin powder
- 4 tbsp Warm water
- ½ cup Condensed milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
Directions
- Dissolve 1 tbsp gelatin powder in 4 tbsp warm water. Add 1 cup desiccated coconut and ½ tsp vanilla essence.
- Mix well and add ½ cup condensed milk. Mix continuously. Spread this mixture in tray and cut with hear shape cutter. Put in fridge to firm.
- Melt 150 gm chocolate in double boiler. Dip coconut hearts in it and leave to cool.
- Garnish with chocolate and Serve.
