- 150 gm chocolate chip biscuits
- 45 gm butter
- 110 gm castor sugar
- 120 ml fresh cream
- 150 gm dark chocolate melted
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder with hot water
- 200 gm cream cheese
- 1 tbsp gelatine in 2 tbsp water
Directions
- Crush biscuits and mix with the melted butter and 1 tbsp castor sugar.Place on bottom of a spring form pan and level surface. Refrigerate.
- Whip cream until smooth. Add melted chocolate and cocoa mix. Blend well and keep aside.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar together. Fold in the chocolate cream mixture and gelatine.
- Spread on top of crushed biscuits. Freeze for 3 hours or refrigerate overnight.
