- ½ Kg Chickpeas
- 250 gm Green Onion
- 250 gm Tomatoes
- Whole green chilies for garnishing
- Coriander for garnishing
- 3 Onions
- 2 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Red Chili
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 cup Oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a pan take oil. Fry onions in it to light brown color. Add green chilies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and garlic ginger paste and slightly sauté.
- When the tomatoes are soft and cooked add red chili, coriander powder, garam masala and salt and sauté.
- Cook the pre-boiled lentil in half cup water. When the lentil is cooked, add green onion and toss.
