Mouth Watering Brownies with Rocky Road Sauce

Ingredients
  • 65 gm butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 100 gm dark chocolate,melted
  • 100 gm white chocolate,melted
Rocky Road Sauce
  • 100 gm dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ½ cup packet of marshmallows, chopped
  • 2tbsp chopped red glace cherries
  • 2 tbsp crushed mixed nuts.
Directions
  1. Grease a deep 10cm square cake pan and cover base with foil.Beat butter and sugar in a small bowl with an electric beater until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.Fold in flour and nuts.
  3. Drivide mixture into 2 bowls.Stir dark chocolate into 1 bowl and spread into prepared pan.
  4. Stir white chocolate in the other bowl and spread over the dark chocolate mixture.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 180*c preheated oven.
  6. Combine the marshmallows, cream and chocolate in a saucepan and keep stirring until the mixture melts and becomes smooth.
  7. Add the cherries and the nuts and top over the brownies
