Baisin kai ladoo


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Gram flour
  • 1 cup Plain flour
  • 1 cup Char maghz
  • 1 cup Coconut powder
  • 1 cup Pistachios and almonds
  • 8 Small cardamoms
  • 1 packet Fresh cream
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1-1/2cup Ghee/oil
Directions
  1. Boil the almonds and pistachios and chop them finely. Then grind the small cardamoms with sugar.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the cardamom powder. Then fry the maiwa and remove it after 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the gram flour and plain flour. Sauté till they turn golden brown. Then add the maiwa and cream. Fry well and turn the flame off.
  4. Allow to cool and add the coconut powder and sugar.Make into small laddos.
