- 2 cups Gram flour
- 1 cup Plain flour
- 1 cup Char maghz
- 1 cup Coconut powder
- 1 cup Pistachios and almonds
- 8 Small cardamoms
- 1 packet Fresh cream
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2cup Ghee/oil
Directions
- Boil the almonds and pistachios and chop them finely. Then grind the small cardamoms with sugar.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cardamom powder. Then fry the maiwa and remove it after 5 minutes.
- Now add the gram flour and plain flour. Sauté till they turn golden brown. Then add the maiwa and cream. Fry well and turn the flame off.
- Allow to cool and add the coconut powder and sugar.Make into small laddos.
