Arabi Shahi Tukray


Ingredients
  • 6 Bread slices
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Orange Marmalade
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 10 Dry apricots
  • 15 Almonds
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Silver paper few
  • Oil for frying
Directions
  1. Take a karahi and fry bread slices in it. Take a frying pan and put condensed milk, corn flour, cardamom, and make a thick paste.
  2. Now take a separate frying pan and melt sugar in it and make caramel. Add dry apricots and almonds in it.
  3. Spread the milk paste on the toast then orange marmalade, then almonds and apricots and then decorate with silver covering. Arabic shahi tukray are ready.
