- 6 Bread slices
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp Orange Marmalade
- ½ cup Sugar
- 10 Dry apricots
- 15 Almonds
- 4 Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- Silver paper few
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Take a karahi and fry bread slices in it. Take a frying pan and put condensed milk, corn flour, cardamom, and make a thick paste.
- Now take a separate frying pan and melt sugar in it and make caramel. Add dry apricots and almonds in it.
- Spread the milk paste on the toast then orange marmalade, then almonds and apricots and then decorate with silver covering. Arabic shahi tukray are ready.
