- ½ kg Lamb steak
- Mint leaves for garnish
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 1 Green onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add the steaks, lemon juice, crushed garlic, green onions chopped, olive oil, and black pepper crushed and salt. Mix well.
- Now wrap the steak with a plastic sheet and refrigerate for the whole night.
- Oil the grill pan and put the meat on it and grill it from both sides till the meat is done.
