Lab-e-Shireen with custard

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Custard
  • For batter:
  • 3 Banana
  • 2 Apple
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 packet Red jelly
  • 1 packet Green jelly
  • 1 packet Cream
  • 50 grams Raisin
  • 50 grams Almond
  • ½ cup Chocolate syrup
Directions
  1. Now take a large skillet and heat the remaining milk. When the milk comes to a boil stir in 1 cup of sugar.
  2. 1 cup of the chilled milk and mix custard in it
  3. Pour the dissolved custard powder slowly into the mil, stirring continuously until it becomes thick. Leave aside to cool.
  4. Take a pan and boil1 ½ cup water. Dissolve the jelly and cook for 2 -3 minutes.
  5. Pour the jelly into a dish and leave aside to cool.
  6. Take a pan and add milk and sugar in it. Dissolve 2 tbsp corn flour in water .Stir it into the milk and cool until all the sugar dissolves and the the milk becomes thick.
  7. Put the apple and banana slices in to the custard and mix it well.
  8. Dish it out and place a layer of jelly and cream.
  9. Garnish with almonds and raisin for Top with ½ cup chocolate syrup.
