SUJI KI KHEER


Ingredients:
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar ½ cup heaved
  • Semolina 4 tbsp leveled
  • Green Cardamom (ground) ½ tsp
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Almonds & Pistachioa 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Heat milk in a pan and add sugar. When boiling, add suji. Cook till slightly thick. Add green cardamom and saffron. Remove in a bowl. Sprinkle with almonds and pistachio. Serve chilled
