Pulao Biryani
Ingredients
- ½ kg rice
- ½ kg boiled meat
- 250 grams tomatoes
- 250 grams yogurt
- 2 onions
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cardamoms
- 2 cloves
- 10 green chilies
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp whole black pepper
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp salt
Method
- In a cooking pot, heat ½ cup oil and add 2 chopped onions. Sauté until onion turns golden brown in color. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 250 grams tomatoes, 10 green chilies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp whole black peppers, 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder and stir together.
- Then add ½ kg boiled meat and 250 grams yogurt and allow simmering on low flame for 5 minutes. Now add ½ kg soaked rice and 1 ½ glasses of water and allow cooking until water dries up. Then allow simmering for 20 minutes. Delicious Pulao Biryani is ready.
