Ingredients
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Crushed ice 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scope
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
Method
  1. Blend together ½ cup Milk, 1 tsp Coffee, 4 scope Vanilla ice cream, 1 tsp Caster sugar, 1 cup Crushed ice and 2 tbsp Cream. Garnish with pinch of coffee and serve chilled.
