LEMONGRASS CHICKEN KARAHI


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
  • Lemon Grass Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Thai Yellow Curry Paste 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cream half cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp heat
  • Lemon Juice quarter cup
  • All spice half tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil half cup
  • Green Chilies As required
  • Coriander Leaves As required
Method:
  • Heat oil add chicken fry for 10 mins. Add yellow curry paste mixed with yogurt ginger garlic paste lemon grass sauce and fry well. Add half cup water cover and cook till chicken done. Lastly add in cream lemon juice green chilies and coriander leaves. Serve with naan.
