Chicken sizzler
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard paste
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
Ingredients For sauce
- 1 ½ tsp Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- ½ tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tbsp Tomatos puree
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 ½ cup Water
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Tomato
Method
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 15 minutes.Heat oil, fry crushed garlic till golden.Add chicken fry for 5 minutes.
- Add flour mix with ½ cup water & tomato puree.Add all the chili powder in cook till thick.All vegetables cut in cubes.
- Lastly add vegetables cook for 2 minutes and remove.Serve on a sizzler.
