Chicken sizzler


Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
Ingredients For sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomatos puree
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 ½ cup Water
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Tomato
Method
  1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 15 minutes.Heat oil, fry crushed garlic till golden.Add chicken fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour mix with ½ cup water & tomato puree.Add all the chili powder in cook till thick.All vegetables cut in cubes.
  3. Lastly add vegetables cook for 2 minutes and remove.Serve on a sizzler.
