Khatti Methi Balti Chicken
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt whipped 3 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Mango chutney 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
Method
- Mix 2 tbsp tomato paste, 3 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp all spice, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp ketchup and 1 tbsp vinegar in a bowl, heat ¼ cup oil, add 1 tsp crushed garlic, fry for 1 minute, add ½ kg chicken cubes, fry for 5 minutes, add in the spice mixture, cook till chicken done, add ¼ cup water for gravy, lastly mix in 2 tbsp mango chutney, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp chopped coriander and 2 chopped green chilies.
