Baked Vermicelli Pudding


Ingredients
  • Siwayan ½ cup
  • Butter 2 ounces
  • Milk 2 ½ cup
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Almonds and pistachio ¼ cup
Method
  • Heat milk add siwayan with sugar, cook for 10 minutes and remove, add in butter and beaten eggs, green cardamoms, put in a dish, top with almonds and pistachio, bake on 180 degree for 25 to 30 minutes.
