Namkeen Gosht


Ingredients
  • 1 kg mutton
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon juice as required
  • 250 grams fat
Method
  1. Coat 1 kg meat with 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies; ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and leave it for half hour. Now in a pan, cook it with 250 grams fat on low flames. When meat has tenderized, garnish it with lemon juice as required. Serve it with nan.
