Khoya kheer


Ingredients
  • 2 ltr Milk
  • 1 cup Rice (boiled)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 250 gm Khoya
  • Pistachio & almonds as required
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Vanilla custard
Directions
  1. Take milk in a pan, add boiled rice and sugar, cook well until a paste is formed.
  2. Now dissolve custard powder in some cold milk and add it into the pan.
  3. Stir frequently with wooden spoon, until mixture turns thick.
  4. Now close the flame, when it’s slightly cool add condensed milk, khoya, pistachio and almonds.
  5. Mix well and serve chill.
